Smoke & Heat Detector
Positioned strategically around the premises, these can be either smoke, heat, or combined to give optimal detection for the environment.
Flame Detector
Detects the presence of even the smallest of flames, responding before standard smoke/heat detection is triggered. Perfect for applications where combustible materials are stored.
Manual Call Point
Also known as break glass points, these allow individuals to raise the alarm manually. The points are positioned in critical locations including all storey exits, open-air exits and are never more than 45 metres away.
High Sensitive Smoke Detection
Red air sampling pipework is installed throughout a protected area to continuously draw air through small holes, towards the air sampling unit which uses laser technology to analyse the air quality. HSSD is the most sensitive form of smoke detection.
Visual Audio Device
Previously known as sounders and beacons, VADs alert you when the system is in a fire condition.

One Way has been an approved supplier of electrical contracting works on this site since it’s opening. Each and every time that One Way has been commissioned to carry out works on this site, it has done so with a very high level of expertise. Health & Safety plays an integral part in modern industry & One Way are as good as it gets when it comes to receiving relevant risk assessments / method statements documentation before the installation begins and test certification post installation………..a skill set we wished all contractors would adhere too.

A large total rewire for a new kitchen completed on time and to budget. Wayne and his team were totally professional from first to last, using the latest technology and involving us at all times. They were also very respectful of both ourselves and our property, as well as totally flexible with other trades, including a very early start and late finish to match the bringing forward of plastering due to a Covid situation requiring a switch of tradesmen. We have used One Way Electrical for the first time on our site for the installation and commissioning of a Fire Alarm system. They came highly recommended by Lister Trade Frames. The price was competitive and the work was done to a high standard with little disruption to our business. The maintenance team were efficient and tidy and nothing seemed to be too much trouble.
