Fire Alarm

Our fire alarm systems give the earliest warning of fire by detecting smoke, heat or flame.

From simple fire alarm systems to larger, complex ones with endless features.

Main Control Panel

Access all features including commissioning, isolations, system tests and user access levels.

Networked Control Panel

With all the same features as the main control panel, this panel is perfect for allowing full control of the system from additional locations.

Repeater Panel

Similar to a networked panel but with less control, this is used in large/multi-building facilities to mirror the information displayed on the main control panel.

Smoke & Heat Detector

Positioned strategically around the premises, these can be either smoke, heat, or combined to give optimal detection for the environment.

Flame Detector

Detects the presence of even the smallest of flames, responding before standard smoke/heat detection is triggered. Perfect for applications where combustible materials are stored.

Manual Call Point

Also known as break glass points, these allow individuals to raise the alarm manually. The points are positioned in critical locations including all storey exits, open-air exits and are never more than 45 metres away.

High Sensitive Smoke Detection

Red air sampling pipework is installed throughout a protected area to continuously draw air through small holes, towards the air sampling unit which uses laser technology to analyse the air quality. HSSD is the most sensitive form of smoke detection.

Visual Audio Device

Previously known as sounders and beacons, VADs alert you when the system is in a fire condition.

Aspiration Systems

We install a network of sampling pipework that continuously draws air into a central sampling chamber that will detect the presence of smoke. Using laser technology, this is the quickest and most reliable form of smoke detection.

Automatic Plant Shutdown

We can integrate relay controls to automatically shut down some/all plant in the event of a fire.

Beam Detection

We can install beam detectors that will project invisible infrared light beams across large and high spaces for a more effective and economical solution.

Linear Systems

Our heat sensing cable is used to notify the control panel of the exact location when the temperature of the cable reaches a predefined temperature. Various cable coatings mean this system is perfect for areas that may be affected by air flow, contaminants of hazardous chemicals.

Networked Systems

Enabling multi-building facilities to connect fire panels throughout the site, meaning greater control over fire safety as users can access all information on the system from any one panel or a central location.

Addressable Systems

One or multiple loop configuration containing all fire alarm detectors and devices. It enables the fire alarm panel to identify the exact device and location that triggered the fire or fault condition.

Conventional Systems

We can install these alternatively to addressable fire alarm systems as a lower budget option. Detection devices are wired on radial circuits, meaning the system will identify the zone in which the fire or fault condition occurs, but not the exact device

Bespoke Solutions

We approach each job uniquely, collaborating with you to find the most suitable fire alarm system for your building, environment, and specific needs.

Cost-Effective

Using continuous research and development and an open protocol of manufacturers, we work with you to identify the most cost-effective solution and can offer a wide range of fire alarm systems to suit your budget.

Facilitate Growth

We consider your expansion plans and incorporate them into the design if required, such as ensuring there is enough capacity on the fire alarm panel for future zones/devices and the ability to network the system.

Championing Sustainability

Delivering CO2 savings by evaluating the carbon footprint of our supply chain and assessing the option of using an addressable fire alarm system to reduce cable usage.

Renowned Fire Alarm Manufacturers

Installed by One Way.

Highest Quality

Installing to BS 5839 and ensuring even the finest details are taken care of, such as using fire clips on all cables and installing fire actions signs and framed plans of zones.

On Time, On Budget

We have a proven track record of delivering projects on time and on budget.

Single Point of Contact

It’s safe to say our project managers have been around the block a few times, having experience working on electrical projects valued up to £60m. They are on hand from concept to completion, and only just a phone call away.

Maximum Safety

We place a huge emphasis on health and safety and ensure detailed RAMS are produced for every single job. Our engineers are fully trained in things such as SMSTS, SSSTS and asbestos awareness and we ourselves are accredited by CHAS.

Utmost Convenience

We take care of liaising with other specialist trades where required. Access equipment and the removal of waste will also be arranged by us.

Industry-Leading Engineers

Rigorous hiring processes and a commitment to invest in the development of our team through the Fire Industry Association has produced some of the most skilled engineers in the industry.

Minimal Disruption

Striving to minimise disruption to your operations, we will liaise with you to identify the most suitable time to install the fire alarm system. We take care of storing materials and equipment, and will always leave with a clean, debris-free environment.

Complete Handover

We’ll walk you through the completed work and provide training on the newly installed fire alarm systems, including how to perform weekly tests. Your handover includes Operation & Maintenance Manuals, Inspection & Test Plans and as-fitted drawings.

Guaranteed

All work and products are covered by our warranty as standard.
