Ensuring even the finest details are taken care of, such as ensuring all equipment tested is labeled with retest dates.
Our reports are simple, straight to the point, and easy to understand. All items will be classified as either pass or fail, with reasoning for any fails.
It’s safe to say our maintenance managers have been around the block a few times, having experience working on electrical projects valued up to £60m. They are on hand from concept to completion, and only just a phone call away.
Category C1 observations are dealt with immediately. Our engineers are fully trained in things such as SMSTS, SSSTS, LVAP and asbestos awareness. We place a huge emphasis on health and safety and ensure detailed RAMS are produced for every single job.
We register all tested equipment into an asset list on our service management system for future visits to allow full service history, insight into patterns, trends, and repeating issues. It will also auto-notify you when your next PPM visit is due.
If requested, we can automatically provide a quotation for the remedial works of any items which have failed. Of course, you can use the report to receive a quotation for the remedials elsewhere.
Rigourous hiring processes and a commitment to invest in the development of our team has produced some of the most skilled periodic inspection and testing engineers in the industry.
Striving to minimse disruption to your operations, we can work around staff break times and even out of hours, if required. We will always leave with a clean, debris-free environment.
Your handover for remedial works includes an Installation or Minor Works Certificate, Operation & Maintenance Manuals and Inspection & Test Plans.
All remedial works and products are covered by our warranty as standard. We can do up to 100% visual inspection of accessories as opposed to 10% offered by some contractors
