Maintenance
Current regulations state your emergency lights should be functionally tested every month. In addition, your emergency lighting system should be tested for a full duration test once a year. Our team are qualified to carry out these tests and provide contracts for both the monthly and yearly testing. We also provide logbooks for recording purposes.
Emergency lighting may fail for several reasons, a faulty lamp or faulty emergency module ballast unit could be one of them. Whether a simple change of the bulb, or complete refit, One Way know how important it is to get sorted. Any level of remedial work carried out will be in accordance with BS5266 Part 1: 2016 and current electrical regulations.
